Effective Date: Upon user registration Prima School Management System (“Prima”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform and services.

Prima Schools, Prima Staff and Prima Schools SMS apps

This policy also covers the mobile apps. The apps are used with an account the school gives you; accounts cannot be created in the apps.

  • Account and school data: name, user name, class, timetable, homework, marks, attendance and what the school records, stored on the school's Prima Schools servers.
  • Notifications: the device token for Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging, used only to send the school's notifications.
  • Location: the Prima Staff app sends the bus position only during a trip, so parents of students on that bus can follow it. No other user's location is tracked.
  • Camera, photos and files: used only when you choose to attach a photo or file to homework, an answer or a message.
  • Prima Schools SMS: sends the school's text messages from the school's phone SIM to numbers registered with the school only. It does not read the phone's messages.
  • Students' data: belongs to the school. We do not sell it or use it for advertising; the apps contain no ads and no advertising tracking.
  • Deleting your account and data: accounts are managed by the school. To delete your account and data, contact your school or us through the contact page.
